Keeping up

I haven't updated this for a while. We're into pilot season and with a new boss who has a different spin on things. It doesn't look like it will be as busy a pilot season as in the past but currently I have 6 shows in production and 8 pilots on my list. Yesterday, I went out to the Stewart Street facility for a face to face meeting with the staff (Art Department, Props, Set Dec, Writer's Assistance) to go over procedures and answer questions. I think the meeting went very well and it's certainly good PR for getting promotions (or at least job title changes) at work. Today I have a meeting (new regular meeting) with my boss and my co-worker who does the same work I do. I need to work up a status report of some kind and also mention that I'd be interested in doing some of the rights clearance project that my boss has in mind.
Got home last night and was just really tired. I stopped by the comic book store on my way home and stopped for the grocery store for milk and cereal because that's what I was really in the mood for. Didn't do anything else but play computer games after that. Tonight I plan to at least do something.
I've been trying to keep track of what I'm eating on the Weight Watchers online website and managed to journal everything for the last two days. For me writing everything down is a big key in keeping control my eating. Unfortunately I usually go great guns for 3 or 4 days and then get lazy and don't. I need to do it everyday.
I weighed myself today for the first time in eons and much to my surprise, I wasn't at an all time high. So good news.
Tuesday night was Tai Chi and we've started working on the form. I'm doing the beginning class even though I've done it before because a) it's good to review all this and b) my friend has never done it before. So, we're working on the first section (a move called grasping bird's tail) and this lady starts giving my friend advice.....and not really great advice either. We both smiled and nodded politely and then pretty much ignored her.
This weekend I need to a) work on the patio, b) work on some scribe stuff so I can get it all turned over to Brianna (I'm at least a month late on that) c) do some cleaning and laundry and then Sunday I'm going to the swap meet in the morning and then a birthday party/open house in the afternoon.
Onward!
