Weekend stuff!
I cleared the rest of the patio off last night, dumping things and ripping up the last of the out door carpeting. I swept the patio and it's ready to be tiled (as far as I can tell).
Catarina and I went to a tile place this morning but didn't see anything better than what they had a home depot (which was cheaper). So, I'm just gonna go and have them do it. I need to double check that the tile will be okay for outdoors (I don't see why not). It's a pretty sheltered patio and isn't gonna be a major traffic area. We talked about tables and chairs and we're going to the swap meet tomorrow to see if anything there will be suitable. (I'm not counting on it, but the swap meet is always fun).
Then we talked about plans for what to do in the bathroom and the living room. And went to lunch. Then Cat went home but not before she gave me a decluttering assignment. :) So I've been tossing old credit card bills and bank statements and paper stuff. I can already see a difference in that corner of the living room. And more to go before I sleep.
I also need to run to the bank, hit the grocery store and do some work on the LARP. And I want to do some needlework.

you are inspirational
I admit, the trip to Albuquerque was also an impetus -- dress is "business casual." I've been wearing jeans to work so long I don't know what slacks I have left that I can get into. Only a few, apparently.
A few weeks ago I shredded all tax returns over 10 years old. That was about 20 years worth. It does make a difference.
Re: you are inspirational
It's Catarina that's getting me to do stuff. That and wanting to actually report some progress to this here blog. :)
I feel like I've been neglecting things for far too long. Hitting the closet and really doing a make-over on my wardrobe is on the list...but one thing at a time. Good for you for tackling that!

Tell Catarina I said hi, please! I haven't seen her in a long time.
