Too much stuff!

Man, my desk at work is totally a mess! (Not in the too much work sense, though there is a big pile I've been neglecting for complicated reasons that I won't go into here), I'm mostly caught up on everything except one show.). I need to get Prison Break done today and then take care of some revisions. But I just have too much junk in this cube. I have about 40 CD's that I never play because I'm in a cube and not an office and I ought to take them home. I have a pile of Time magazines that I never had time to read. And who needs old news? My show sorters are mostly a mess. I've got SCA stuff here that I should take home. I've got some Buffy collectibles that I really don't want/need (except I'll keep the Giles action figure :) Anyone want Cordelia action figures or a Faith statue?

We're going to be moving floors in April. I saw the cube arrangement I'll be in (no office alas, but I'm certainly going to work on the new boss. I just need a promotion :) The new cube is 50% bigger than this one so that will be a blessing, but it would be good to get rid of as much stuff as I can that I don't need.

I need to continue the same thing at home. It's just that time has been scarce. Saturday I'm going to a football game, but it isn't just a football game (elapsed time 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours, it's an all day foray! We have to get to the stadium early so we can tailgate and go over to the campus for homecoming. So we are doing breakfast there. Then some kind of lunch before the game which starts at 12:30........and then afterwards we're going out to dinner! Sheesh. It's all about the food, you know. :) Good thing I love my family. Mom wanted to know if I wanted to come over for dinner Friday night as well, and I said no. :) Heh, a full day will be quite enough thankyouverymuch. Then next Saturday is another home game.

I'm looking forward to having a weekend free one day, but I'm not sure when that will be. December maybe? I plan on taking at least a weeks vacation, maybe more.
