What a week.

Unless the AMPTP offers up something decent over the weekend, it looks like a strike will start on Monday.  Some of my shows are done (some animation, 1 short ordered sitcom) and others have scripts to film for about 2-3 weeks.  If it goes longer than that, production stops.  It could stop sooner if the teamsters decide not to cross the picket lines.

Most of my shows have been sending out revisions like crazy.  I couldn't read them all and gave up trying to print them.  If there are problems, it will just be to bad.  They will have to get fixed by producers or in post.  I'm totally beat and this is not going to be a relaxing weekend.

My house is again(still) a mess and I'm distressed about it.  (Though maybe it's not as bad as I think.  There are still patches of floor that I uncovered.)

I'm not done with the scroll I'm working on either darn it.  It's probably not going to be done for Coronation at this rate.  *sigh*

So what happens to your job if the writers are on strike? You'll have no scripts to review, right?

Wolf commented that we have enough backlogged Tivo to carry us through several weeks of strike! We have entire seasons of 4400, Good Eats, Stargate Atlantis, etc!
