Okay this is weird to say, especially from an old misanthropic curmudgeon like me, but the best diet I have seen on the block lately is "love". Everyone I know who is all gushy over some new love interest is dropping weight by the stone! Even I am succumbing to it and during the holidays. How weird is that? Though David and Harry Pears for your fruit are a close second to the love drug. I just got one today as a gift. OMG! Heaven.
