Good Friday
Apr. 14th, 2006 08:46 amWell, it is for me, cuz I'm off work today. My family had our Passover seder last night which lead to an extremely lively discussion of the illegal immigration issue with the two college students (my niece and my cousin's daughter) holding off pretty much everyone else (except me, who tend to agree with them).
Today I'd like to get a number of things done and started by walking a mile at a pretty good clip. It is no surprise that the more I walk the more I like it and the more my knees don't bother me. I might also like to get over to LACMA over the weekend to see the Gustave Klimt exhibit. My mom mentioned it last night as something the family might want to do together this weekend (my sister and brother-in-law are in town for the big family Passover Saturday night) and surprisingly (to me) my sister confessed she really doesn't like art. I am boggled. I *love* art and art museums. Sure there are certain styles that aren't as interesting to me, but still, I've always seen museums as an adventure.
Okay...off to get some things done (and not get bogged down reading recaps of the Supernatural episode last night (which was very creepy).
