Dodging the bullet
Dec. 10th, 2007 05:24 pmSo it turns out, while I was having fun on Friday, the big project I was complaining about on Thursday had to be totally finished. So the half I hadn't done....had to be done by someone else. Plus, they didn't get to go out for the department X-mas lunch. They had food delivered and ate in the conference room and had a rush-rush party.
Today, the other half of the project needs to be done, but they way they divied up the work, I didn't have to do any of it. Go me!
Of course I still have something else I have to deal with the unpleasant attorney over, but it will have to wait (at least) until tomorrow.
In other news, it's roleplay week! Apparently. RPG on Sunday, RPG tonight and RPG on Friday. All different games with slightly different groups of people (but I realized two of my chars have the same name. Silly me. I do get attached to certain character names.)
I'm off on Friday and hope to get some more things done.
I'm all inspired to try and bring some Arts & Crafts decorating into my condo. First I need to get rid of the excess stuff though, but soon!
