As you all know, I'm working on a weight loss program, Weight Watchers to be exact. The program limits how much you eat during the day and encourages good nutritional values. The meetings teach how to deal with food and food issues.

I worked at it really hard this week. I lost 2.8 pounds. I'm happy.

I will now work on having a second good week in a row.
