I joined WW recently but the last several days have not been good eating wise. I kind of lost track of my plan and need to get back to being on program. (boy does that sounds like brainwashing jargon.) Anyway, any good vibes anyone wants to send would be good.

I've done better with the exercise. I've gotten up pretty much every morning and walked at least 30 minutes. Today I did 45 (while doing a load of laundry which is in the dryer now).

I've got a KWAR meeting at 10, and hope to get at least my morning routine done before I leave.

Today I need to work on the books for anniversary. First step glue the rice paper to the fancy paper and let it dry, which shouldn't take long in this heat.

I went to dinner last night with Lisa and afterwards we talked about some of her ideas for remodeling her house. She and Martin are very interested in the Arts and Crafts style and she had several books. I'm coming to like a lot of it more and more myself, especially the Neo-Gothic stuff. But I realize that it all looks like crap if the house is a mess. I *must* make a better effort to clean and keep the place clean. It's interfering with my normal functioning more than I realize. I think. :)
