I have passed the termite inspection.  

They were supposed to come at 10am.  They just left.  The place is  a mess.  I've been trying to clean.  But there are no signs of the little critters here.  And so far only 4 units have an signs so it is possible they won't have to tent the entire building (which would be a pain.)  

I haven't felt great the last couple of days.  I might revel in utter slothness today.

Termite inspection? Are you planning on selling soon?

Nope....not selling. I live in a condo and the (paranoid) head of the homeowners association thinks there are termites. Therefore....inspection. I think a few units have problems but I'm not sure if that's old termite damage or new. They said there was no sign of infestation in or outside my unit. :)
