Grumpy/Groggy

I was cleaning the house yesterday and I guess I stirred up too much dust and my allergies totally kicked up. My eyes are watering and I keep sneezing and the allergy meds are making me groggy. I'd like to be doing something useful but my energy level is verra low. Would leveling chars in CoH be considered useful?
