Almost a Hero of the City

I've been playing this online game, City of Heroes, for the last year and more and I'm now within spitting distance of the top level. I fell in with a wild and crazy pickup team last night. They didn't slow down for anything, not force field bubbles, not gravity holds, nothing. It was Leroy Jenkins time. :) (Thanks Thomas, I don't know what I would do without that cultural reference :) ) But in the end, even with one death, I made 3 bars of experience and now have only 4 to go until I hit 50. It was really fun.

I talked to another guy I had teamed with in the past who is now 50 regarding advice on the Kledian AT's with the result that when I hit 50, I'll try a Warshade first. I'm looking forward to giving that a try.

Nah... typing an activity and doing the activity are totally different levels of geekdom. Could you be a "virtual scribe" online? Somehow, I don't think it would be the same. :-)
