Car Woes, Day 1

I called the insurance company this morning and my agent was on vacation but I gather I don't get to talk to her anyway. I talked to a claims person who took all the information but wouldn't really answer questions. "An adjuster will call you within 24-48 hours and you can ask him all your questions". Okay.....right. The auto body place called though, no information but a nice guy named James said he will be calling me every few days to let me know what is going on. Cool.

So I'm just going to rent a car and do what I can to get someone else to pay for it later.

Other fronts: I had a headache yesterday and didn't really get anything done. Except in the morning went to the Rose Cafe and had breakfast with the family and then walked on the beach and went to the farmer's market. (My parents usual routine with my sister and family from Bakersfield there, plus my cousin, husband and daughter and me along). My cousin's daughter is so starting to impress me now. I thought she was rather a bratty child, but she's now in her last year of college studying Biology with plans to go into Med School.

Cleaned up the kitchen at home in the afternoon and then was a couch potato most of the rest of the day.
