Shake Down
Jun. 24th, 2005 10:29 amSo, I'm working on a new series called "Prison Break". I think the writing is very sharp and I'm definitely enjoying the scripts. I'm just going through the usual shaking down process with the production office which is in Chicago. Not so bad yet, but I need to get them to designate a point person to work with me instead of having all the departments (art, props, set, writers) call me individually which generally leads to Chaos. We have a conference call planned for Monday and I'm certain all will be well. At least they are starting early enough that I can focus on this without 97 other shows going on all at the same time.
I'll have 11 shows to handle this season. "American Dad" has already started but that's animation and not hard to do. The sitcoms don't start until August and I don't have start dates for anything else (though I think "Pepper Dennis" might be mid-season.
Now I have to work harder at getting into the office on time. :)
